- Macon
- Montgomery (including Heflin-Torbert Judicial Building)
- Pike
- Randolph
- Russell
- St. Clair
- Talladega
- Tallapoosa
Federal courthouses in the Middle District of Alabama are also closed in Montgomery, Opelika, and Dothan.
