Online Payment Options – Credit Card, Electronic Check, Paypal
Some of our clients prefer the convenience of paying their legal fees online. For this reason, we have set up this Payment page to enable new or existing clients to send money to our office to be applied to their accounts. This option is only for the use of existing clients who need to post an additional retainer or for new clients who have already consulted with us and agreed on a fee to be paid for specific legal services. Merely sending money to our office through this link does not constitute the formation of an attorney-client relationship, unless we have already agreed to the representation.
If you wish to pay by credit card but do not want to pay online, please contact our office to provide your credit card number by telephone or to set up an appointment to pay with your credit card in person. Due to security issues, please do not send your credit card number by email.
To make a payment on your account online using a credit card, Paypal, or electronic check, please use the payment button below. A number of payment options have been preconfigured, and you can further combine or increase the amounts once you click on the “Pay Now” button. Although payments are processed through Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to make your payment.
Cash payments should only be made in person, and should never be sent through the mail. To make a cash payment, come to the Anniston office located at 34 W 11th Street, Anniston, AL 36202. When paying in cash, please make sure to obtain a receipt.
